I've never understood why it was so hard to find this, let alone the soundtrack album for this movie. Then when I worked part-time on a couple of FM and AM radio stations which we featured movie music, someone told me that the problem is not just this movie,it's almost every movie that Alan Silvestri composes for, for some reason he never negoitates the rights to release the album, what a shame he writes such cool music

The words used by a guy into movie scores:"What? Romancing the stone? Are you serious, that's one of the worst and most cringeworthy scores ever made for any movie." This was the reaction when I asked why he didn't included it as one of Silvestri's hits.

Maybe it wasn't too bombastic sounding or "epic" (one really overrused word to describe something) for his taste.

This is one of Silvestris quality works and is as if made for the era, movie and atmosphere of the movie. I still believe that.

Oh Dear Lord....thank you soooooo much for this upload! I use to work in a movie theatre back in the mid early to mid 80's when this movie was out and I use to look forward to cleaning up the theatre after each of the showings of this movie just so that I could hear this song! Do you know if it actually has a title and who were the musicians?
