@spookypunky I'm only too familiar with them:> I know all the '89-'95 albums backwards. The obsession began in '96 when I found an olde cassette tape in a drawer at home. 'To Defy The Laws Of Tradition' was the first song... & the rest is history:> It became my new air drumming music. Took a couple of years to 'master' them all, but as well as being fun it really helped my coordination & drum style. I've listend to these songs more than anyone else in this world I can confidently claim.

@NetherNoTwisting I don't really think it's a solo, it's just part of Nature Boy that he elaborates on while playing it live around the '93-'94 time. He seemed to enjoy rolling around on the snare at the time as I've heard a few variations of Nature Boy live. As it happens, I currently enjoy doing the same with the snare:> Just the past year or so. I don't know where it came from but I enjoy it.

The day I heard them, Herb skills knocked me out, I seriously had a hard time listening to them with Brain, it's not that they weren't good, but Herb was a major reason for their unique sound and it had such an influence on me it was like something was missing.

They really are two of my favourite Primus songs. want a drummers opinion, herb is the only drummer ive ever heard that sounds like he has more than 2 arms to play with, tommy lee is good but no comparison. only vinnie paul would come close, brain is great too but hes only stepping into shoes already worn in by herb. the whole feel of rhythm from primus was created by the totally unique sound and i think alot of that came from herb making up weird beats and fills. my 2cents. thankyou for posting primus vids
