that's a real commentary on how most californians think about our education system. I wish Leslie Arzt had more screen time. He's mostly comic relief, but serves as the voice of everyman.

I agree, but Dr. Arzt is my FAVOURITE minor character...he's goofy, but, when you look at it, integral to the entire series of the show...without him, Jack and Kate probably would've exploded, they never would've gotten into the Swan station, etc
