if you have the cd or the cassette of midnight madness this is how you wanted this song to end. the album version left you wanting more. WOW. i seen these guys twice in the 80's. my favorite band back in the day
One of my alltime favz. When music rocked and rolled!!! Works up a sweat and its all for effect,as she takes another drag off her cigarette!! On a back streetbar on the southside of town where the music never stops......NOOOOOO!
I saw a radio interview awhile back where Jack said they were playing this and Call My Name again, but I haven't seen any videos for them on here.I've also seen them live every year they come around and they haven't done either song.Has anyone seen these songs live?
I always loved the mix of Gillas and Watson, both so good and both so distinct the way they would share the solos was always a nice mix , Gillas startn out w/ some melodic sickeningly sweet wammy/tremolo licks and then Watson kickn in with the crazy finger tapping shred.
Never thought they were under rated. Night Ranger was a successful band. I grew up in the 80's and they were always a talked about Band in school. They had two of the better rock guitar players. Brad Gilles reminded me allot of Randy Rhodes.
Definatley on of the best rock love songs! Gets the blood pumping. " No where to run, nothing to say, is there any other way they'll be callin on a passion play"!
Definatley one of the best Night Ranger songs OAT. Gives you goose bumps to think where you were when that song rocked the airwaves. Saw em' twice live and Uncle Ted Nugent was the first concert I ever saw
true Dawn Patrol and Midnight Madness rock. 7 wishes and Big Life isn't so good anymore. LIke many bands the music changes a bit. I had both the later and the previous ones.
Yeah, Jeff totally shreds on this. My Dad worked with his Mom when I was about 15. Funny thing is, they discussed the fact that they both had Sons named "Jeff" and exchanged demo's. Mine was a very bad garage band recording, while Jeff's mom was "Dawn Patrol" before it was released!
This kicks ass!!!!! One of my favorite off the midnight madness release when I saw them in Allentown PA back for that tour they didn't play passion play and I was a bit disappointed, love the ending of this song when jamming out give me a psyche out.
Night Ranger was my favorite band growing up and Jack Blades was the sole source of my sexual fantasies in middle and high school LOL

@717021 hahaha very funny but I'm talking about rock n' roll, not pop music. I'm talking about soul, not money.

LOVE Ranger but their AOR success wouldn't qualify them as Underrated. Y&T on the other hand is CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED & UNSUNG.

Their last good album. It started to go downhill for this band with 7 Wishes hated that album.
Dawn Patrol is their masterpiece IMO.
