A lot gets lost in these "Does God Exist?" debates. The real question is why is Islam's definition/description of God correct. What if I said a God-like being created the universe, but never interfered or communicated in human life. He just observes and there's no way to confirm if he exists or not. And that when we die, we just cease to exist. Your consciousness and everything about you just dies and goes dark forever. What makes Islam's answer correct?

What if I said a God-like being created the universe, but never interfered or communicated in human life. He just observes and there's no way to confirm if he exists or not. God gave permission to fight, but only if they were attacked it's a huge punishment in Islam if you kill an innocent person. The Quran explicitly addresses the name 'Allah' to the pagan Arabs of Muhammad's (saw) time. The Quran mentions that the Pagan Arabs will respond with the Name 'Allah' when asked about who made them, provided for them etc. This is because the name was generally known to the Arabs - Jews & Christians had contact with them to. In Aramaic you have 'Alaha' (Oxford dict. of World Religions p.48) In Hebrew you have 'Elohim' which is the majestic plural for 'El' & 'Eloah' (connected to both ilaah & Allah in Arabic 'Al' being the definite article in Arabic but being inseparable in the Name Allah). You'll find this in linguistic notes in a study Bible, so if you reject the name Allah, then you reject its Biblical Semitic sister words

Where is the separation between earth and the rest of the universe? We are in amidst the universe, not separated from it!

The world is very complex and unlikely to appear out of nowhere. But a god that creates it would have to be more complex, after all, who's ever heard of a horseshoe making a Smith? So wouldn't something more wonderful and complex than the universe be less likely to appear out of nowhere?
Your argument for against evolution is advocating god of the gaps, and the gaps are getting smaller and smaller each day. This is the way I like to see creationists argue, they're arguing themselves irrelevant
