I've had to give our rainbow kitty Snowball antibiotics several times. I see that Bourdeaux has a different temperament than Snowball who was very mellow. I would wait until Snowball was laying on his side relaxing and then I would get next to him and gently move his lip on the side and dribble to antibiotics through his lip and teeth. He will swallow it, won't be a happy kitty. I take it that this medication has a taste he doesn't like. Snowball's antibiotics has a banana flavour.

this sounds weird but I sit on my cat from behind so that he's nestled between my legs and can't see the medicine coming. you might try that!

Poor kitty! I always make the vet give a shot, rather than wrestle the cat for a week.
