This arrangement was spontaneous, I believe from Vierne's original score, part of a rehearsal for a recital that was recorded for television and that has since been broadcast on international television--with much better sound. Thunder and intro was extra. :)
I am aware that the audio is not great. You take what you can get. And this was a spontaneous recording with the audio directly on the camera and no opportunity to take advantage of the microphones placed in the hall. This is what you hear at the console.

James Welch is hands down the most dynamic organist of the Bay Area. I love his album work, but to see him live is a real treat.
