I bet this is the last post for this case. Being cocky in front of a judge is cute, till they haul your ass to jail for contempt. You think you were the first to try to be a lawyer overnight? Pride comes before the fall. Visit prison and talk to men their who presented much more transparent cases. I wish you luck in your struggle, god knows you will need it.

You assume that situations like these end up the way you described; with the person being hauled off to jail anyway. That is just the fear they have instilled in you so that you will not attempt any similar action but the reality is the few who do look into the law and attempt these things often succeed. The reason you don't hear anything more of it is because the truth of their triumph is suppressed.
