Believe it or not, I've looked at a couple different sites (the hillsong site, integrity music & worship music) but they all said it was Out Of Print. How do you define this "Big Difference" between concert and worship?

People on stage = concert/performance. The venue, ticket price, etc. do not determine whether it is worship. The power of the Holy Spirit and the motive of the worshipers' hearts - on stage and in the audience - that is what makes it worship.

The entire concert is called "Shout to the Lord 2000". The artists are from Hillsong Church, Australia. I bought it in 1999 in VHS format. I think its also available on DVD now. Eagles Wings is my favorite song from this concert. I also like "Love you so Much"

Kind of yes. Now I remember where I've seen that Woman. I've seen Shout to the lord concert just don't know which was it. Basically just saw a few seconds of that concert at school when we were choosing songs to do in the church. We did the Don Moen one so did not hear much of Shout to the Lord.
