Zeltiq 'coolsculpting' can be used on all Clients, but patient selection is important when using on some areas. In this case the woman is slim but like so may women she has an area of stubborn abdominal fat that she cannot shift . She did not want surgery or piosuction and in my opinion it would have been wrong to do these procedures.
