kid level kimchi fried rice. simply, richs don't know how to cook. and how to get pain and solve hardship. just power. and money. and friends. power. and there is nothing. you looks really lonely. before all you die, all you have to think alone so many times. thinking and dreaming is reason why human is living. there is nothing in killing other weak people or lone person and following power, money. if you die, there is nothing. thinking and dreaming is all than to make money.
@nerdybamboo yea i bet but when u make this its usally when u have leftovers or low quality foods.. like spam tofu tuna.. this is like the americans pb&j
Love kim chi fried rice! Its even better with tuna like this... gotta use Korean brand though... American tuna doesn't seem to have the right taste. I prefer mine just topped with a fried egg... I also usually through in whatever is in the fridge... sometimes some fish cake, or veggies... if I don't have tuna, spam or hot dogs are great too. Makes a perfect lunch!
for me.. i just cook kimchi sliced.. and and out some sausage and onions.. and put the eggeg in the fry pan and cook it together. if u guys want more info just comment or message me =}
I made this recipe tonight I must say I was rather surprised how delicious it is. I never thought the slice of cheese would make it SOOOO tasty. Thank you for sharing this.
Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
So, a cheese slice on top, instead of an egg, I'll give that a go. I just made Kimchi Fried Rice, I used olive and sesame oil, ham, bit of sweet chilli, garlic paste, salt and sugar. My bro was impressed with how good it tasted.
I have tried making the kimchi fried rice from this video 3 times and it has no taste and is oily. It tastes very bad. Since looking around, I have found how to make restaraunt quality kimchi fried rice. u need to use sesame oil!
1) put 2 tablespoons sesame oil into pan on high heat
put the sesame oil last and only a little bit, you should use a different oil for frying since sesame oil has a low smoking point which means it burns easily...
If it tasted oily than chances are you used too much oil and was not cooking at a high enough heat (fried rice needs a high heat not natter what the recipe is). If you use too much sesame oil as well, all you will taste is the sesame oil!
1. u have to use aged kimchi, fresh kimchi wont have the sour taste to it thus taking away the focused flavor of the fried rice.
2. in this video she uses olive oil but vege oil is not suitable due to the act that it is completely flavorless(you are right in what you said. sesame is the best way to go)
3. try putting in some korean pepper paste while u fry ur kimchi and fry it together. makes it more spicy and a bit saltier in a good way.
Nah, dude to much sesame oil....u use 2 teaspoon MAX (for once person =1-1.5 cups of cooked rice) its better to used ground pork or Pork belly (more tradtional) salt peper garlic, chilli powder, a bout 1/2 teaspoon ginger . to get taste u use the fat frm the pork along with the lil oil used to fry it in weither olive or canaloa peanut or canola etc
even chinese don't use ching chong chong, get the facts straight 1st. none of the asians do, it's just how westerners display their racism towards asians in generally, you honestly think that any racism against asians will somehow single how koreans as being better?! reality check. the whole point of khudaheat's ignorant remarks is to ridicule asian languages in general.
Whats up with Koreans putting cheese in everything now these days. I've seen people putting cheese in Kimbab, Ramen, duk bokke and every type of fried rice (dak galbi, kimchi, regular, etc...)
I think its really weird to put cheese in those type of dishes.
LOL! I use ketchup in my fried rice. Especially when i make an fried rice omelette. I make the egg big enough to wrap around the fried rice. Then i squirt ketchup on it like a zig zag. It's delicious!! Americans should definitely try it!
its kimchi fried rice :) I used to eat this as a kid in korea.. it isn't peasant food, it's very popular... and people have started putting cheese on it just recently, but the dish itself is traditional, bibimbap was seen as peasant food just so you know.. only women would eat it during the day while their husbands were working in order to stretch side dishes...
Yeah. Obviously...you're LOST! Go study your Hindu. Afterall, that seems to be the flavor of the month, or rather - "phases."

Kamsahamida! But I think I'd rather use toufu than "orange humberger cheese", also i will add onion, green onion and possibly some garlic :P but thanx it's nice, I'll try it!
it's various pickled vegetables, usually they consist of cabbage lettuce, onion, cucumber, and other greens. They usually don't use a paste, most koreans prefer to use ground up red pepper.
I love good old Kimchi Bokumbap. It really is good to keep it simple instead of adding different sauces. It's so good the next day when you don't feel like making anything. You just get left over rice, kimchi, and some oil. The tuna and cheese are optional; never tried tuna and cheese. I better try it out.
So much of the Korean food is very healthy. Kimchi is very good for you. Salt enhances flavor too...why is it bad to enhance with spice? Take away the seasoning from a hamburger patty and it tasted like crap....isn't it that way with everything?!
i dont like tuna so what can i replace it with and where can i find kimchi in America?

My dad told me a cooking tip that will be useful to everyone making kimchi fried rice. To save time chopping garlic,
dice a garlic and put it in a jar
Cover with olive oil, and maybe ill add sesame oil as well.
Now when you wanna make kimchi fried rice with garlic you have it ready made in the fridge.
