it's kmh.... if you do a bit of math....

distance between hwy lines (the white dashed lines) is 40ft which equals about 12.2meters. when the speedo says around 60.... it takes approx 1 sec to go from line to line.... that means they are traveling at approx 12 meters/sec which = around 44kmh and 27mph... speedo says 60... which = 16.6 meters/sec... my eye can be off by 4 meters/sec... I'm happy with that...
