Trust me as soon as my motor blow again I will buy the fully built 2.1 from buschurracing. But right now it seems ok. It still holding up the power I want.

A few things. A very LOOSE - or overly loose motor is not the end of the world. In this case, IMHO you have excessive piston to wall clearance which creates a lot of piston slap and a diesel like truck sound on low rpms and a very erratic knock sensor count. Suck a motor may last for a long time. Such methods are employed by those who do not have the experience to know how tight the tolerances can be on a particular set up and thus make it overly loose.

With Buschur built short blocks - there is always zero piston slap - and very normal knock counts as the piston to wall clearance is always set within resonable ranges. Thus the motor car withstand huge boost and also not make noise.

A engine which is too tight may bind up when the engine is leaned on as the pistons will expand during high heat conditions.

normally the turbo manifold is mounted downward but these manifolds are mounted upwards so you can see the turbo and you can see the dump tube. very unnecessary if you you ask me.

Yeah I noticed that to, As Al said you need to wind it out to reduce the lag in between gear change as the turbo is so big, If its that big a bit OTT for the street, Id prefer more torque for the street.. So a smaller turbo but still big enough to pull 450hp..
