@thelleht - ARAnyM isn't a hardware-based emulator, though, and only runs "well-behaved" programs (i.e. ones that don't try to directly access the hardware much) for the most part. Hatari's emualtion is actually supposed to mimic the original hardware as close as possible, but stiill is incomplete for TT/Falcon, though runs more basic Falcon demos pretty well.
The problem most Amiga users (to which I also belong) is that they can not differentiate between the Atari ST and the Falcon. The Atari ST is one piece of cheap, uninspired hardware for me, with horrible sound. The Amiga 500 easily blows it away, being one of the most advanced home computers for its time. The Falcon, however, is a very nice machine, lots of custom hardware to play with. It's a much more advanced machine than the A1200. The AGA chipset has always been a bit disappointing to me.

Maybe Atari stuff isn't up to the standard because Atari wasn't born out of vision, like Amiga. But instead it's just a pale copy of Amiga's shadow..Thus the machine can't inspire the user like Amiga always does.
Maybe it's just that TBL are an amiga crew with more experience on that machine. Or maybe you just don't know what you are talking about? Luckily most amiga scene people don't have the same attitude as you. At least TBL don't.

Well, this demo isn't on par with other TBL releases on the amiga, but it's quite OK. I think that EKO demos from the same era are a bit better though ;). As for the music I haven't got a clue. It seems like tracker music but as far as I know there wasn't a falcon tracker at that time. Maybe someone else has more info. For falcon created music check my video of ACE tracker.
Yhea but i have better demos for the falcon and i really like them otherwise this was somewhat of a dissapointment. And its not that the demo is technicaly bad. its just that its so annoying to watch that i couldnt realy care about the effcts .P

I think you missed the point of the demo. It was showing the capabilities of the Falcon.
CFalcon: Was the background music also creted on the Falcon as well? If so, it sounds awesome!
