It's wat too slow. Koopman or Herreweghe's tempi are usually better (I am not suggesing they are-or should be- the benchmark though but if you look at recent (and not so recent) Bach scholarship, it has become absolutely evident that the tempi Bach employed were faster than this.

To me this Cantata is the finest Bach ever wrote. I think the tempo on this example is a little slow though.
