Oh My GOSH!!! I was there that night with the reporter bob wilson and some other staff members from WPXT-TV Fox 51, it was my first rave and it was pretty incredible, the music, the people the dancing, the clothing...quite an experience!!!

damn didnt start partying till 98 99ish:P but the vibe was better than it is now. Damn who thought a news station could do a POSITIVE report on the rave scene. Kids today need this instead of the music that mtv is feeding them.

@allisonturrell Kris & the sound guy Mike were fucking angels!! They threw the best parties with the best vibes. And Zootz was ace. Brilliant people and I'll love them forever and ever, though they probably wouldn't recognize me if I bumped into them :P I swear I had an epiphany at "Juicy", their boat party. I dunno if you listened to the same mixtapes I had Allison but modernmusicsf ddddottt con has lotsa old mixes. The Dante one is wicked :)

I was at this Party too. Great time. I wish Portland had something big again, being back the gang, Pandemonium Productions, bring OVERLOAD home for a one off party. In my young days I hit up BLUE, GRIN, Independance... 'retired' after the BLUE anniversary 'party' electric Bluen in Fitchburg. I've got like 6 hours of video from that party though. good times! I miss the gang. WILKINS!!!

I was at this rave (i sort of snuck on camera while the dude in yellow was being interviewed in the beginning). I think that was probably Kris Clark's biggest rave he threw in Portland. He's a really cool guy, I wish he still owned Zootz or some equally cool club. At least he still throws house parties at SPACE on occasion. 1993 - 1997 were some of the best times of my life.

That was an incredible party. KC & The Sunrise Gang used to hook it up. If you had been there it would have been impossible to say anything bad about it. Portland is a cool town and was really chill back then.
