Miyavi goes back in time and makes new friends. That's pretty much the jist. The bulk of what you see above I believe takes place in 1984. That's as much as I've figured out from the lack of subs out there. I believe the kid in the movie is his young self, and a part of the excitement of the movie is that Miyavi gets to perform as a nobody without fangirls stalking him.
@baolinkhuu It's basically an ego-trip. He goes back in time and meets his younger self, performs and makes out with a guy. 50% of the movie is just him walking around, posing and playing the guitar.
