Reverse BEAR and the head trap are both pretty darn cruel. But the head trap wins for two reasons. 1: The fact that the key was stored in the EYE in the head trap insted of being in another guy's stomach and 2: the head trap actually killed someone!

The Angle Trap: Huge thing stuck in between the rib bones and comes flying out, ripping out the chest/abs area

Pedulum Trap: Big steel blade coming lower and lower to a person lying stuck and slowly slices the persons stomach area, causing the intestines flying out.
