A pc gives you 1000x as much customization, a battery that doesnt kill itself if you over charge it, beter graphics in my opinion. It gives you more for your money. And if you do any physicalmcustomization, yoiu wont lose your money, and you probably wont lose your warranty for ANY type software, illegal or legal.
