This might make me sound like a sissy, but when ever I hear this song after along time, it reminds me of what I was like as a kid..and my inner child pleads, "Why did you stop dreaming..don't let it fade away!" and then I look at my self..23 now..where all I do is work and pay off bills or worry about my love life..but that is not what life is about. Life is about making impossible dreams a reality..and then I realize I failed my child hood promise..never become an adult.

great idea , you should have gotten a copy of vue6 ultimate to do 3d landscapes and fly a camera through it in time with the music , maybe even model Bastian flying in the scene ,

or better yet a virtual tunnel like in tron but with sparks of code flying and transforming into humanoid shapes , or maybe a time travel wrap through history , and seeing things grow very quickly ,or looking inside a cell as it divides , anyone of those ideas would fit this song

haha, when I was little (arround 9 years old) I felt so weird and strange for liking this music and the music in E.T. so much, that I dident tell anyone, cuz I was afraid they would think I was crazy! lol. I remember when the neverending story started and the theme song with limahl came on, I used to turned the volume UP! and just dance on the couch while singing in my hairbrush!
