  • obamas wife looks like the new jakie-o

  • i'm sure the world would prosper if this nazi isreal was disbanded

  • Gotta love Africans coming to the UN bemoaning their current situation, take care of your own corruption back home first! The whole of Asia has shown that capable leadership can develop a country. I'm tired of the West shouldering other countries, we have our own growing problems.

  • Firstly, if you have seen bernard madoff corruption is just as much a problem in the US secondly, many of the corrupt leaders in the third world are placed there by US backed coups eg. Lumumba being assasinated (democratically elected leader) and U.S. backed corrupt dictator Mobutu installed in the congo. finally the whole reason why the west is rich is because of exploitation of other countries (see books: capitalism an slavery, how europe underdeveloped africa, Rape of paradise etc.)

  • I agree, don't worry. But this time the west IS Africa and the old american slavery empire is China. This crisis wasn't from speculation alone, there is speculation in real estate everywhere, even bigger in China for example.

It was a complete collapse of the economy in large part from outsourcing. The banking system hid that for a while with low interest rates, but now the problem has come to the surface. So frankly, the west is in no position for charity.

  • well i suppose the issue to me is not really an issue of charity, but an issue of re-organizing the international economic system so it is not exploitative and crisis prone the way it is now. china has been pushing for change in world reserve currency for eg. and really while yu are right in the sense that the west is now in the situation of the 3rd world, at least u guys have a social safety net. most of the people living in real poverty are in asia and africa, especially china & india

  • Sure, the system should be less exploitative and crisis prone. Both are caused by the lust for power and greed, I wonder what we can do.. bigger international institutions?

  • Well the third world countries did propose this thing, which passed in the U.N. general assembly called the "New International Economic Order" but the rich countries kinda stifled it, but maybe now is a time to have another look at that proposal. But above all it will count on mobilization of the people in all countires against the current system, a system which benefits neither rich nor poor in the long run. Most governments are serving themselves and the elites and not the people.

  • I hope we get there. I wonder what the solution is.

  • if after watching this clip thats the best you can come up with then your mouth is obviously much faster than your brain to start with, and maybe you should try listen to it again but at a much slower pace so u can properly digest the info without getting forcing your brain into a short circuit. if u think it is only african ppl who are not happy about IMF policies then stick to the x factor or big brother type of shows.........ur comment show the picture of the perfect ignorant charlatan

  • And if your mouth wasn't faster than your brain you would have seen all the different messages between me and XAMAJANI, and that I agreed with what he said. Anything but ignorant, but hey, be part of the problem instead of reaching out.

I mean really, let's say I was a perfectly ignorant charlatan, did you try to educate me? No, you only attacked without any purpose. Fuck off, veiling yourself in morality when you don't give a shit either.

  • "the west is in no position for charity"

( who the fuck is asking for charity???) so when the gentleman giving you a HUGE PICTURE of the problem (minute 7 to 8) was talking where were you? if u cannot educate yourself with that piece of info then nobody will since u r obviously a fucking retard! ( no offence)

  • I don't think that depending on American consumption for employment is such a good plan these days.

China lost 20 mill jobs? Is that net or just a total, regardless of whether they got new ones?

  • Watching this makes me so angry and the U.S. doesnt even report this. FUCK MICHALE JACKSON!

this is what they should be reporting this fucking blows my mind out it makes me so upset.

  • I know. The "news" doesnt report any of this information. The people cant even see what is going on. ALl they see is bullshit being shoved into their brains

  • this only makes my dislike of capitalism stronger.

  • Maybe its time to step back and take a different approach to life on our planet? Like dropping the monetary and consumer based system in exchange for a system based in equality where everyone is a shareholder instead of the current privileged few.

A system of sharing means no more apocalyptic trends like War, famine, slavery, homelessness, or debt. The landowners would be defeated and mankind would finally be free from dept slavery; free to achieve our hopes and dreams in unity.

  • if i ever see you me remind me to spit on you *giggles*

  • whats your problem scumbag

  • the USA caused the crisis, let them screw it up even more trying to fix it. the imf and the fed are run by the same criminals.

  • i'm sure they want the IMF and and WB which have an even worse record than the UN in economic matters.

  • So true. They really don't understand how important this is because they want to continue with the same poor money practices.
