What bullshit logic about stomach. You cannot inhale through stomach you can only swallow air into your stomach. What you see as breathing through stomach is expanding your diaphragm to increase oxygen intake allowing your lungs to expand even more. This action pushes the stomach in the front.
It is not humanly possible for anyone to breath through the stomach as there is "not organ" to such air into Hahaha.. Some people just think they are oversmart.

Edit this vid! Contently stopping the frame to show text is disconcerting and repeals the viewer, even if interested in the subject matter. Try having the texts float in over the moving image, or just running along the bottom so the sound and the images are consistent and peaceful (and easy to watch).
I did it for a few days and I realized that I felt really sleepy during the day. I did feel more relaxed, but why do I feel like sleeping right after doing it?
It is suppose to give cells more oxygen, but instead I start yawning. Any advice on making this stop?

sometimes i get panic attacks & my therapist told me to do some like these kind of exercises to relax & control my breathing problems
