He taught his disciples how to preach in Matthew chapter 10. Matthew 10:14 tells them to go house to house. Matthew 24:14 says this good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the nations before the end comes.
Jesus commanded his disciples to make more disciples at Matthew 28:19,20,"Go therefore and make disciples..."
