@Nerucx im no sacred but personaly on my healer i have it macroed. /target arena1 and /target arena2 bound to my mouse wheel up and down. i also have 2 macros for dispelling /cast [@arena1] cleanse and the same for 2. i bind those to shift mouse wheel up and down.

Like Ainorf said, mouse wheel is good, it's what Sodahs uses to target, could use mouse button 3 to target yourself which is pushing the mouse wheel down. As a disc priest I didn't like it too much though since I'd sometimes slip my finger and target the wrong party member. I bound Q- /target party1, E- /target party2 and R- /target self
