  • Ozzy has the greatest most Unique voice ever...not technically the best just the BEST!!!

  • Just goes to show, Ozzy isn't the prince of anything. He sold his soul to the Illuminati, or whatever the fuck they go by.

  • If you could but Tims vocals with the Guitars from Ozzy's you would have one epic song, though I wish his high pitched voice was the only voice track for the opening line however. I wish Tim sang the song in that tone and octave in the first line. Such a dark sounding "Mr. Crowwllley"

  • If you could but Tims vocals with the Guitars from Ozzy's you would have one epic song, though I wish his high pitched voice echoed with the opening line...omg would have been so tasteful.

  • I think the best version of this song would have been with Dio, Tim and Rhoads.

  • There's no Dio here,only Ripper.

  • @Videostar1another1fa DIo is in the 2nd verse. he's singing, and does the low harmony throughout

  • Looks like Malmsteen needs three notes to do what Rhoad did with one. As much as I like Malmsteen, his playing on this cover totally lacks eloquence.

  • badass version! this beats ozzy!!

  • Yngwie Malsteen its good but i don't like the voices (Ripper, Dio are really good singers) but its not like sounds good

    i prefer the orignal version.

  • I don't like the octaves. I don't think it gets anywhere near the original. Just my opinion. Full disclosure - I love "Black Star", "Far Beyond the Sun" etc, so I ain't hatin' on Yngwie. I love "Ripper" on other tracks, too.

But this falls flat to me. The original is just too much to overcome.

  • Love the intro scream!

  • q musica foda.

    mto boa.

  • I had no idea this existed! This is awesome!

  • randy! ozzy! timmy! yngwie!

not everything has to be ranked as better or worse!

but my comment is the best

  • @CFHschecter lol that's kinda true.

  • the should call him Tim "RAPER" Owens because he just raped ozzy in the face

  • This better than the version of ozzy osbourne

  • The first time I heard this version, i was in my car on my way home and had the volume up quite a bit because the organ bit at the beginning I love. Then comes the Ripper and scares the crap out of me lol ever since then ive been a big fan of this version.

  • RIPPER IS A FUCKIN GOD

  • I cannot stand Ripper's voice at all.

  • @FourChanJunkie Ripper has the most underrated metal voice. He is amazing he should be compared with singers like, Halford, Dickinson and Geoff Tate. Ripper, is a Rainbow in the Dark.

  • The guitar tone isn't as good for the rhythm parts I don't think, but other than that it's a really good cover.

  • I dont know .....anybody say it earlier but no Rob Halford and no Ronnie!

    Only the second Metal God

  • Dio isn't singing here. The lineup on this song is:

Tim Ripper Owens, Yngwie Malmsteen, Tim Bogert, Tommy Aldridge and Derek Sherinian.

And why would Dio ever cover Ozzy's songs? Btw. this version is better than the original, mostly because Tim's vocals are 100000x better than Ozzy's.

  • @NightProwlerSerbia

    No.

    Yngwie comes nowhere near Randy

  • Titles wrong, this is just Ripper, not Dio. I love this cover. I think Ripper's voice is great for this song, and whilst the solo's aren't as memorable as Randy's, the sheer shredfest that they've become fits this cover so well.

  • R.I.P DiO and the great Randy Rhoads who helped write this song.

  • Awesome cover; Musical Wizardry. The vocals and guitars on this version are amazing. Drums, bass and keyboards are great too.

  • @dnddork

    you're a retard.

  • Tim Ripper Owens is an amazing vocalist. I prefer him over Ozzy on this song.

  • @Arithmetic505 AGREED

  • @Arithmetic505 Owens is best of the best !!!!!!!!!!

  • sweet cover.......love the fu** out of it.

  • I love this song. Is this from a whole album of Ozzy covers? Because if it is, I want to get it.

  • yngwie ruined an amazing work, thinking that the speed is everything?

  • @MenciaJoel1990 : You got to remember, it's a tribute. One artist covering a song by another. Just because it's different doesn't mean it sucks. It's just the way he plays and is therefor making it his own way. It's a tribute, not Ozzy himself.

  • @RickySparks1991 exactly

  • where is Dio in this, if i may ask?

  • @wixed Can't you hear the second voice? That's Ronnie.

  • Comment removed

  • @lead4blade no i cant hear it, the second voice is rippers too.

  • lol noob, this is Tim Ripper no Halford. LOL NOOB

  • damn ill change it

  • This is Tim Ripper Owens, not Rob Halford:-\
