Dude, you just gave me one hell of an idea for my mod project that I'll probably never finish. xD I forgot all about the whole "act like an external cell" thing that you can do with internal cells.

This just solved huge issue I was having with the concept of making a mod about trying to escape from a prison in the sky. I wanted the player to be able to get outside the walls on like balconies, but I didn't want them able to escape by high skills or spells. TYVM for the accidental help, lmao.

full glass is nuthin to brag about at alll i have ordinator which is easy to get (high ordinator) but i also have full daedric and ebony with 2570 inventory space with a few fortify cheats...

You can't create houses on xbox...only on TES construction set for the computer. I figured that would be basic knowledge so I didn't say that in the movie.

I put them there so I can sell things to them. And the "Syko's" guard is a guard I put there that attacks creatures. I'm gonna make it so I can teleport into the place, and teleport to other places from inside my house.
