That was taken from Uri's story documentary "My friend Michael JACKSON". That was when Michael was in UK, where he gave that speech at Exeter City. That boy was a disabled kid who managed to slip between the bodyguard's legs and jump up into Michael's ams. Michael hugged him tenderly and told him "I love you".
