in mine there are no zombies in there... instead there is a cutscene with Carlos then a Nemesis battle and there is no emerald on the desk. What do I do?

On the map there's a few rooms in the newspaper office but I couldn't get into them because there was a fire. Is there anyway of getting into these rooms?

Aye, you have to turn off the fire. I can't remember which video it was, on the playlist for RE3 on my site. Try watching the videos around newspaper office, and i'll see if i can find it for ye too :)

Thanks. I played the game back in 2001 and finished it numerous times BUT I always wondered whether or not you could get into those rooms. Obviously they weren't important rooms as otherwise I wouldn't have able to finish the game.
