Since it's Unreal 3 and at the time the game was released there was some problems adding AA filters in Unreal 3 applications as the engine usually makes up to that via easier-on-the-performance post processing filters.

Medal of Honor community is WAY overrated. People who still play MoH Allied Assault have no lives, and really need to move on. That game is so old, outdated, and sucky. MoHA also sucks. Umm alright alright i originally planed on getting a c2d E6750, 680i sli mobo, 8800gts 320, 2gb ram, and 160 wd hdd. Now should i get the amd 64x2 5200+ with an oc to 2.5-3.0, some ati board idk yet, ati radeon 2900xt and same other stuff. How much of a performance difference do u think there is between the 2 processors and what brand is ur graphics card?
The AMD and ATi setup will be faster in games, but the CPU is going to be slower on the AMD side, but not significantly, we're talking about 2-3s extra loadtime in Company of Heroes and stock 120pts in 3dMark06 CPU. The 2900XT will perform significantly faster than the 320mb, ~30-35% extra performance depending on title and resolution.
What if i get the 640mb version, x2 5200+, 590 sli, and same other specs. Would the ati be a better bet still and i just care about games not like programs for my processor.
2900XT would still be better in performance in absolute most aspects - on higher resolutions the 2900XT is simply the best deal for the money, no doubt, but for 1200x1000 it works fine as well and usually packs in best performance for the money as it comes with the black box as well which is better than any other Nvidia-bundle, which increases value even more.

The PSU should do - my 530W Hiper didn't do the job, but that PSU was low quality stuff. Steam accounts are free and comes with the Catalyst Package (drivers) and on a CD, and you can start playing Day of Defeat: Source right away along with HL2: Deathmatch and Hl2: Lost Coast in the wait for the Black Box to be avalible.
As LolPomps mentioned, most videocards should do the trick - you can also look for 7900GS, 7800GTX (if you find it secondhand) or whatever, most cards can run this since Unreal isn't too demanding, anymore.

The Processor is pure bullshit nowadays, really, the performance of the CPU is something we can see on handheld computers in comparison to the fresher ones. The videocard is a bit too budget as well, sounds like a laptop-videocard to me? Get a new CPU (and a good one) and the videocard should still be able to live through.

Just becuase it's new doesn't mean it's good, it's a budget videocard about the performance of last generations budget videocards but with DirectX10 support, which means nothing, really. It doesn't perform close to either 8800GTS, GTX or especially not the Ultra - the name means nothing when it's budget.
Wtf is i "pentium 4 1.6 duo"? Did you mean Pentium E2140? It has nothing to do with Pentium 4. Anyway E2140 isn't so bad CPU at all if you overclock it. And yes, your GPU is bullshit, you should buy 8800GTS or 2900XT :D.
When talking about the GTS it's most often pointed out it's the 320mb version as the 640mb is the standard issue. I would recommend you to go either for the 640mb or the 2900XT if you look for something that'll do the new games too as the 320mb gets a critical performance hit in new games.
i think that this game is almoast the same in all the consoles.Ican play the demo at 30 fps with a 7900gtx ,2gb ram and a 3400 mhz intel pentium 4 cpu.
Too bad it's such a bad game. The Xbox360 is the best platform for third person shooters, The GRAW 1 and 2 for Xbox360 is just the best shooters I've ever played. Just like Halo is also much better on console.
I think that card is a bit too outdated to run the game properly since there's new technology beeing standard since the 7-series and 8-series and ofcourse the ATi equalents. You would be able to run the game but not in any significant settings.

In MO:HA I have no idea, but expect only a minor boost over the 2900XT - but getting a HD3870 in a few days is a good idea as the price-drop will make HD3870 in Crossfire more appealing and be of best Price/performance value.

Sigh. You can't even define what the AI is, the AI is not the difficulity or the "hardness" of the CPU components. You doesn't necessarily need to do something better in order to properly complain about it, I'm not a programmer, nor is the people on EA as they're so bad.

your wrong bud, changing the difficulty level DOES improve or weaken the enemies AI, its really not that hard to figure out man.... maybe if you didnt play the game on easy youd know that the AI isnt bad... and btw, learn how to aim buddy, you suck.

First off, you have no arguments. The AI do suck, if you're surprised over how good the AI is, that only means you're even more stupid than the 10-minute programmed AI for a mediocre ass-game. That's bad rumors, if not just all lies. Do you have any proof? No. The 2900XT will have the same position in DX10 as in DX9, superior to the GTS 640mb but and kick in close to the GTX in 2500x1650 resolution, but no perform better in any way.

Umm alright alright i originally planed on getting a c2d E6750, 680i sli mobo, 8800gts 320, 2gb ram, and 160 wd hdd. Now should i get the amd 64x2 5200+ with an oc to 2.5-3.0, some ati board idk yet, ati radeon 2900xt and same other stuff. How much of a performance difference do u think there is between the 2 processors and what brand is ur graphics card?

The AMD and ATi setup will be faster in games, but the CPU is going to be slower on the AMD side, but not significantly, we're talking about 2-3s extra loadtime in Company of Heroes and stock 120pts in 3dMark06 CPU. The 2900XT will perform significantly faster than the 320mb, ~30-35% extra performance depending on title and resolution.

What if i get the 640mb version, x2 5200+, 590 sli, and same other specs. Would the ati be a better bet still and i just care about games not like programs for my processor.

2900XT would still be better in performance in absolute most aspects - on higher resolutions the 2900XT is simply the best deal for the money, no doubt, but for 1200x1000 it works fine as well and usually packs in best performance for the money as it comes with the black box as well which is better than any other Nvidia-bundle, which increases value even more.

The PSU should do - my 530W Hiper didn't do the job, but that PSU was low quality stuff. Steam accounts are free and comes with the Catalyst Package (drivers) and on a CD, and you can start playing Day of Defeat: Source right away along with HL2: Deathmatch and Hl2: Lost Coast in the wait for the Black Box to be avalible.

As LolPomps mentioned, most videocards should do the trick - you can also look for 7900GS, 7800GTX (if you find it secondhand) or whatever, most cards can run this since Unreal isn't too demanding, anymore.

The Processor is pure bullshit nowadays, really, the performance of the CPU is something we can see on handheld computers in comparison to the fresher ones. The videocard is a bit too budget as well, sounds like a laptop-videocard to me? Get a new CPU (and a good one) and the videocard should still be able to live through.

Just becuase it's new doesn't mean it's good, it's a budget videocard about the performance of last generations budget videocards but with DirectX10 support, which means nothing, really. It doesn't perform close to either 8800GTS, GTX or especially not the Ultra - the name means nothing when it's budget.

Wtf is i "pentium 4 1.6 duo"? Did you mean Pentium E2140? It has nothing to do with Pentium 4. Anyway E2140 isn't so bad CPU at all if you overclock it. And yes, your GPU is bullshit, you should buy 8800GTS or 2900XT :D.

When talking about the GTS it's most often pointed out it's the 320mb version as the 640mb is the standard issue. I would recommend you to go either for the 640mb or the 2900XT if you look for something that'll do the new games too as the 320mb gets a critical performance hit in new games.

Too bad it's such a bad game. The Xbox360 is the best platform for third person shooters, The GRAW 1 and 2 for Xbox360 is just the best shooters I've ever played. Just like Halo is also much better on console.

The 2900XT goes for less the price and higher performance and more bundled games - I'd recommend you'd get a 2900XT instead of the GTS.

I think that card is a bit too outdated to run the game properly since there's new technology beeing standard since the 7-series and 8-series and ofcourse the ATi equalents. You would be able to run the game but not in any significant settings.
