  • That's a wonderful recipe! Do you know how can purchase a Thermomix in the U.S.? Thank you!

  • @TheGraceofChrist I ordered mine from the Canadian Distributor: easycooking.ca There's another Canadian distributor, I think. Comes with warranty and everything.

  • @swissj74 Oh thank you! Do you live in the U.S.? The reason I'm asking is I was wondering if it's hazardous to use the European machines in the 230V version in the US (120V), even with a transformer, due to the difference in hertz?

  • @TheGraceofChrist Yes, I'm in the US. The ones you order from Canada are 120V and have the correct plug so there's no problem. I don't know about using a European one in the US.

  • @swissj74 That's GREAT news! How long have you had your Thermomix? I'm sorry to ask so many questions, I'm just wondering if it will last considering the steep price and only having a 2 yr warranty. Thanks so much for your feedback!

  • @TheGraceofChrist No problem. I have had it 2 years now. It's very well made. I remember being surprise how well made and "hefty" it was when it arrived. I'm having to replace the seal in the lid now after 2 years and it's not covered by warrant, but it's only $15 or so. I've been very happy with my purchase. It has saved me lots of effort in the kitchen. I make almost everything from scratch and the thermomix makes it very easy, like having a private assistant.
