  • What's with this Kill Kill Kill attitude/comments? I think this video is a good start to making their cause known and hopefully they will get the support they need-through news stations etc. If anyone needs to be $ued it's the civic Bureaucrats that okay'd and signed them into this stinkhole. All the power to you Sacketts & I hope you get the 'civilized' support you will need to bring this to an end - and hopefully set a standard that will protect others down the road. ... and never look back

  • You Americans better make sure that Ron Paul gets elected so he can cut these out of control agenices down to size. Otherwise your all screwed, and us too that live in other countries, as Australia has a bad habit of following America's lead, whether it's unjust wars, or ridiculous laws that slowly strip away our freedoms.

  • It is getting worse.

  • I would not waste my time or money suing.

The Federalist Papers are the footnotes to the Constitution, and have the same force. Federalist Paper #28 states in part that, should politicians and/or bureaucrats USURP their offices, we the people have the RIGHT and DUTY to evict this trash with FORCE OF ARMS.

Make no mistake. If a pig strikes or tazes you for the hell of it, if the IRS tried to illegally seize your property, if any thing else happens, we have the RIGHT to KILL!

  • This might turn in to the Old West again; Here come the federalies! Lock n' Load!

  • @jaf4417 Truth is... you're right, and it's a very ugly truth. Armed resistance and revolution is the ultimate and inevitable answer to all of this if peaceful resolution is not found. Most governments in the west are way out of control, the US being one of them. The government officials who are behind this need firing with prejudice. Hopefully the SCOTUS rules on the side of sanity. If they don't, it'll be one more big fly on the camel's back. Wo is all of us when that back breaks...

  • sounds just like every other god forsaken governmental institution...local, state, and federal.

  • seriously "ilovealexjones1".... you're a dumbass. Should you be willing to defend your life and property with deadly force?... Yes. At all times. That's not a reason to walk around looking for people to shoot. And, besides.. get a real screen-name. or maybe a job. Do something other with your life than trying to "ruin someone's reputation" by masquerading as them or their friends. Be a man, not a little teenage douche.

  • @decwow ummm im not the one looking to do anything least of all infringing on someone else's rights It is these "officials" who are ACTIVLY seeking to infringe on the rights of others, and thus they accept any consequences that come with that including their victims defending themselves, and if that means violence then so be it...seriously wake up...i fear if ron paul is not elected out hope for Non violent resolution would cease to exist...

  • @ilovealexjones1

I don't disagree with anything you just said. Except that I don't believe there IS a chance for a non-violent resolution anymore. They are arming our own police systems against us and sending them out against us already. Trying to resist peacefully is only beating a dead horse. You don't accomplish much by walking around shooting people like what you said. You have to make them FEAR you. Protect your selves, your families, friends, neighbors.

  • @decwow Except that I don't believe there IS a chance for a non-violent resolution anymore

I agree with that statment, however with one exception...ive been saying this for a few months now and that is "if ron paul is not elected president (which their is a good chance he WONT be), then our last hope for civil and peaceful resoultion will cease to exist" and i truly believe that...getting abused by police as protestors is not going to bring change it just makes you another victim...

  • @decwow

Resistance to tyranny is obedience to god.

  • @ilovealexjones1

Put the cameras down, and pick up a gun. It isn't complicated. It isn't hard. As men, you do what must be done.

  • @decwow exactly...all these people simply filming CRIMINAL actions by police doing nothing to stop the violent assult on innocient victims, when legally by law you can step in between a "cop" and the victim, as you would any other criminal/victim situtation...a bunch of cops assulting someone, for no reason is no different that gang bangers doing the same thing, and should be dealt with similarly and that is with lethal force...

  • @decwow

    Exercise our Unalienable rights !

  • I would Sue EPA and the CRONY Judges for 40 million each!.

  • @ilovealexjones1 : I really do not think this is the answer. Killing officials will not solve any issue, if anything it would make it worse.

  • @mach1734 actually when these "officials" are activly engaged infringing on the rights of citizens then yes killing may be necessary...i mean when they show up ready to infringe on your rights in this case STEAL your property, you must defend your self, and if after you made your intentions to defend your self they continue to engage in their crimes then you may take action...

  • 40 MILLION in fines on a $23,000 property?!?!?

What will it take for people to realize they have a CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT?

  • If the Sacketts lose, then the Supreme Court is in effect declaring that we have no enforceable rights, that the Constitution is null and void, that we are the slaves and chattel of tyrannical bureaucracy, and that our ONLY remaining option is armed conflict. I pray they rule wisely but I fear they won't. The SCOTUS has already ruled in favor of killing our babies, coddling our enemies, seizing our land, rejecting our God, and silencing our voices, so I find hope a fleeting and vanishing wisp.

  • Since we have the new NDAA law now, I would have placed all three officials under citizens arrest, confined them with out an attorney, tortured them into telling me who sent them, and then convicted, and executed them without a trial. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander.

  • (2) With those two simple sentences and a clear constitutional understanding of what they actually mean in regards to federal government overreach, almost everything that the status quo fights to maintain is essentially negated. Is it any wonder the most inflammatory phrases are employed at every opportunity to derail the very idea?

  • (1) Looks like the EPA is really is terrorist group who really beleives they are above the laws in the US. Protecting individual liberty,” “is the purpose of all government. Individual liberty is the right to your life, the right to your property and the right to keep the fruits of your labor.”

  • If the Sackett's lose this case at the Supreme Court, what should we make of the society in which we live? They have obviously been harassed for no good reason by a powerful federal agency. But one has to wonder why the EPA would do this to them. The only conclusion I can conceive of is POWER, CONTROL, DEGRADATION. Some people in power love to tell others what to do, especially when the order is inconvenient and costly to the one given the order. I hope they win and the EPA has to compensate.
