There's arund 8-9 amino acids our bodies cannot create on their own, so we must aquire these acids from our food and supplements. As for enzymes, we only have a limited supply of our own, so if we do not supplement our enzymes, we will rapidly age and will barely be able to digest food. That's one reason why older people are weak and fragile. And, long story short, cellfood works. I use it, among other things.
I read a review on Amazon.com that this product was made from some form of solution made to clean drains. I don't believe it though.....even though I haven't tried the product yet, but I want too.
