hey hey! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate shed plenty of unwanted fat.
I've always been skinny. I'm 17 5'5.5" 102 pounds and no matter what I eat it always goes away even when I sleep. I feel insecure about my body cause i feel like people think I don't eat even though I eat a lot.
I wanna gain a little weight, I still get bothered at some people who call me malnourished ;-; I'm not even close to that and I'm 13 and weigh 105ish pounds
People should be happy if their fat because they can make their fat into muscle if only they tried. We skinny people can't gain as much muscle because we have fast metabolism No matter how hard you eat/drink you will nevr gain a freaking pound. People with fast metabolism has to wait until their like 20's and 30's for the metabolism to get slower. People with fast metabolism is hard to gain weight!!! BE FUCKING PROUD YOUR FAT YOU GOT MUSCLE!!! while we got scronny arms and little muscle >;[
also!!! i think my weight issue mostly come from the time in the day you eat, im sure that it was me skipping breakfast for soo many years that has trained my body this way, i dunno if that effects it as breakfast is the most important meal of the day

Hi hi! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got great 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of belly fat with it.
Also for those who dont know take around 8g of protein pre workout and 16g after working out.. This maximises your gain.. Tuna is amazing for protein 15g 70cals and it is cheap as! Dont go protein shakes.. Also creatine is good for increasing intensity of your workouts and any gainer is good too
If you really want to gain then you should work out 6 times a week with one rest day.. Split your muscle workouts sepearately eg
triceps pecks deltoids calves one day and the next day as biceps hamstring quads abs.
By doing this you will be boosting your testosterone higher as your body needs more to recover. Im 5'5 and a half and weigh 55Kg which is pretty good but i wanna put on about 5Kgs. by doing intense workouts on a daily basis you will see progress alot faster.. Also for those who dont

@myusername94 Try buying MRE's it exspensive but its worth it Each meal in the MRE has around 1300 calories. If you eat about two a day along with 3 meals a day u should put on weight. I tried it and I gain about 9 pounds in the first week. You can buy military mre's on amazon or google it. I wont lie its exspensive Around 80-100 dollar per case and each case has 12 meals in it so try only eating it during the week day to try to conserve it.
@CerromeX I know MRE's would work but I'm pretty sure eating that many preservatives would cause other problems in the long run. So I'm still looking for alternatives

5'9 115 pounds and I have a very low fat percentage. You can see pure muscles and some how I have a amazing 10 pack without working out heavily. I'm not talking about barely visible abs, I'm taking defined! Ha. I eat like crazy and I'm always hungry and I burn it off so fast without really doing to much work. It's a curse/gift.

I hate being skinny and even worst when people tell you "Why don't you just eat", Like I'm some anorexic or something : /. I do eat my body just burns it all up, I probably eat a lot more than you do.

Im 5´9 120 lbs but it ain that bad i work out,play soccer. im ripped n my chest got bigger too after i started goin to the gym.i look like a boxer hehe but i¨ve heard eatin eggs,ham,milk good protein. dont get discourage, stress can also affect u gainin weight

I'm 5'8" and 103Ibs... I've been underweight since I was a little girl. And today, people don't pay attention to skinny girls or weight gain because the media says thin girls are prettier. And then there's the other part of the media saying, "it's better to be thick and curvy than a sick little twig". I don't care about all that bs, I just want to be healthy. I wish everyone could be happy with their natural, healthy bodies, because that's real beauty.

Muscle juice also works, you take 2-3 servings a day of it and it helps build more muscle so when you take the servings always go to the gym to put the fat its giving you to muscle! LIKE this so people can see it!

5'9 115 pounds and I have a very low fat percentage. You can see pure muscles and some how I have a amazing 10 pack without working out heavily. I'm not talking about barely visible abs, I'm taking defined! Ha. I eat like crazy and I'm always hungry and I burn it off so fast without really doing to much work. It's a curse/gift.
