That's what I like to hear. :) I'll probably have another demo video uploaded within a week or two. I've made a lot of progress in the last two weeks, and I think you'll like what you see.
I probably won't release the source; I don't think the community would benefit from its design. The XNA RPG starter kit is better designed and documented, anyway.
As far as me using the starter kit, I hadn't considered it, mostly because I'm picky about the design of my projects, and I didn't want to spend too much time reworking the engine to doing what I want, rather than doing it my way in the first place.
I always preferred to write my own code, rather than use someone else's. Usually means more work for me, but less chance that I'll have conflicting features, and I can feel more like I write the game myself.
the map does not look right, you should add some edges to the ends of the land before the water to make it look better

This looks very promising, I'd like to see both the source code of this and a XBLCG, but I guess I can't have everything I want :P
IF this does get abandoned, then please release the source code for everyone (even if aspects of the game are broken).

will be so cool to see an RPG on XBLCG... are you going to release it there?

That's the plan. I'm not well known for finishing what I start, but this is one project I'd definitely like to complete.

Looks really great. This is exactly the kind of game I want on XBLCG, so I hope you make a full fledged game out of this. :)

Are you going to release your source? Also, have you considered taking from or adding to the XNA RPG starter kit?
