The responsible staff should best be transferred to correctional services institutions where high security is imposed to guard against his daring attempt to break the rules.
This is ridiculous for the unauthorized persons to have a gathering in the Government House like that. As long as the CE chooses to reside in GH, the security should be on alert in 24 hours 7 days. This is not only a farce but a test on our local security system.
