I found a page that enabled me to get back the four colour screen and USB mode. With the power off (I had to remove the battery) hold the Volume down and the power button at the same time. At least it isn't a brick yet!

I was having huge problems trying to do this last night and i thought i had bricked my HTC. I then noticed that you were referring to the file MAGLDR111, however, the link downloaded version 113.

I then managed to re book the original ROM, which helped me to get my phone working again, then I started again and hey, BINGO, it all workd like a dream.

Well, I managed to download my original stock ROM, which in my case was the 6.5 German ROM (Windows). I then hooked up my phone to the PC with USB and turned the phone on by keeping the volume key pressed (down) so that I had the multi coloured screen on, then the white USB letters came up. At that point, you can install your original ROM and it should work. It takes a few mins but you will et the phone back in its original condition.

Then, follow instr, with correct d/l s/w

I actually could get over the freezing part. I realized to hold down the down volume button and hang up button to restart the phone, once I removed and put back the battery once. but I would only show the the screen with the four horizontal colors, so I connected the USB and repeated the Romupdateutility stage and again the boot up page did not come up.. do you know what the reason may be?!!!

Hi autotradeking, whats the differences on Android 2.2 NAND, and Android 2.2 Froyo Darkstone V3. in performance. Is one an upgrade from the other, or just that one goes in SD card & the other in Memory, i been using Android 2.2 Froyo Darkstone V3, i got it from your other video and it runs flaw·less no freezes no crashes, Love It. :) pls advice, and if is not to much to ask, can you send out Android updates when ever they become available to your registered peeps:) Thx for doing excellent job!

try reinstalling it from bootloader. press volume down botton and power button at the same time and repeat the process. after reinstalling it should work, and if you want your 3g to work change your APN settings. google APN setting for tmobile htc hd2 and just copy it to your phone

Yo man, it worked all the way till the RomUtilityUpdate, it was 1.48 something and it updated with that RomUtilityUpdate program to 2.00 just like it said in the video. It got to 100% and when it restarted, it got stuck in the HTC Starting screen. What to do?!
