I have heard rattles with this and other wheels. THey've been to do with the bobbin ends - does it rattle with every bobbin or with no bobbin in place? If no, then check the bobbin end bushes, they should be pushed in so that they are level and there should be no extraneous bits of plastic sticking out. If there is, trim with craft knife or piece of sandpaper. Or contact your dealer and ask them to swop the troublesome bobbin.
