@DjDNF I live in Dubai and used to live on Jumeriah Beach area, YOU ARE RIGHT! this is their normal activity on this road because their parents are Senior Member of Government. Police has very little to say for these locals because of their status. I moved out of that area because of these activities. These locals are mostly not that educated and spoiled by their parents.
