this is the worst thing that i could use........my hair has tight curls and when i used this for the first time i was on vacation in florida and my hair was the worst looking thing i have seen............i do not reccommend this...........your hair will totally be half the lengh it was and will be puffed up and around!!!!

There is a big difference between wavy hair and curly hair. Anyone who has to deal with the temperment of naturally curly hair knows that. Her so-called 'curls' were induced by the hair dresser tossling and scrunching with the diffuser. It's like chicks that have wavy hair saying, 'Oh my hair is soo curly'; yeah right.

@Musiclovr45 My hair is only about mid-length, but it's very thick and very course (almost like African America hair, but not quite so course). This technique works for my hair too! :D It might just be that you're doing something incorrectly, such as heat settings or technique, or you might be using the wrong product. Make sure that you use curl-specialized products (ie- shampoo and conditioner) before trying to diffuse your hair. It helps a lot.

it also helps for girls with curly hair if they set their hair the night before and sleep on it. So it dries out naturally and sets nicely. It might not work for everyone but it works for me.

This summer I'v been air drying, and It's been turning out so much nicer curls and hardly frizze (have have an after thing to out in my hair) but when usuing the blow dryer (with out diffuser) it's very VERY bad. I don't have to air dry in the morning (school starts tomorrow) And I just found a diffuser! I really hope it works! I would HATE to have to pull my hair up on the first day because the diffuser fucked it up for me. Cross my finers...maybe I should wet my hair down again?

okay to be honest i find it difficult to diffuse my hair upside down for some reason.and i see no point on the "wet-setting" you didnt have to twist the hair in loops all you had to do is get some hair and put it up to the scalp and hold the blow dryer there to make it curly. and i love the part were she stutters 4:34

Mine blows all over the place too if I do it the way this lady does it. To remedy that - cup your hair in the diffuser BEFORE you turn it on, hold it there for a minute, then turn it off before removing from your hair and moving on to the next section. Make sure you're cupping all the way up to your scalp, and use the lowest dryer speed setting.

When you air dry it the girls might get frizzy but the diffuser helps enhance the curls and add volume without frizzy hair .

I think it only enhances the curls , not add any shine or non - frizzieness .

yea you have to use it right , DO NOT EVER touch your hair while diffusing and try not to touch it through out the day , it cause really bad frizz !
