@camomantube hey there very welcome. Im still on a mission to finding a VERY well made hand crank generator, one that will last years of consistent use. These motors are close, but i dont like the nylon worm drive gear box. I want hardend steel gears and ball bearings throughout.

@RamoneTalarico DOnt get me wrong, im probably nitpicking here about the nylon gears. They will probably last many years as well judging by how long the assembly lasts for windshields or whatever else they use these motors for.

its great that it work but using a wormgear in reverse like that it will not last for very long at all, better start looking for a better XMSN for that before the teeth start shotting out that thing like a meth addict playing hockey...lol

I made it using old LADA wiper motor, you can use any windshield wipers motor. It`s very easy, but some motors have in-build relay. You can find windshield wipers motor in any car scrap yard, for few dollars. I connected the motor to AC to DC converter and i powerd up my radio.

I made it using that Motor. The motor can be found on Ebay or various sites that sell industrial motors. This particular motor came out of a floor sweeper. Just do a search for BOSCH 058 DC MOTOR.
