  • They are so cute!

  • THEY DON'T SHED!!! YES!!!!!!

I have been searching for a hypoallergenic dog thats perfect for me for such a long time! I've always had poodles and am looking for a change- YES!!!

  • @Treemeadow good luck ;D

  • @Treemeadow also check out Bishon. Smaller than the Airedale though.

  • anyone got any idea of the standard asking price for a purebred airedale pup?

  • @DashingBlast £1000,00 maybe more very rare in the uk if you live in the us then it will cost $ 2300,00 +

  • @DashingBlast ours costed 1500 euros.

  • @DashingBlast In Holland the price of a healthy, pure& well bred ADT will be max 1000 euro's. Tails are no longer docked.

  • i am 12 and got bit by this dog and got a infection

  • how do you know it was a airdale ???? it could have been a mutt so stop lieing and giving the airdale a bad name

  • @smokingmypot657 the police + bad owner to she lied she sez that i hit the dog

  • @hamiltonjames4 so your 12 yeah so how do you know for 100% mate and did you hit that ''airdale'' it must of been a mutt my young friends airdales are not known to bite people also where do you live england??? if so then it wassent they are too rare nowadays and next time you walk to school watch how for the dog lool

  • I want my airedale bach =(

  • @CapNudillos LOL *back*

  • I get what you all are trying to say, but if pets in stores don't get sold, don't a lot of them just get sent back to puppy mills? And if this is true, I would think people would want to take them out of that potentially harmful environment, to a nice stable home.

  • If they dont get sold, they dont go back to the mill (that puppy mill gets no profit from older dogs, why have them back?) the pet store just drops the price until someone takes them.

  • And it is because of those people who buy the puppies out of pity that makes pet shops sell MORE puppies for those people to buy.

If NOBODY buys puppies from pet shops, then pet shops won't sell puppies.

Buying puppies from pet shops who get their puppies from puppy mills, you are supporting the puppy mill.

Send the PETA fags to pet shops that sell puppy mill bred puppies. XD

PETA can be useful for once. Ha ha.

  • Yeah I get that now, I was probably just having a slow moment haha.

Either way, those puppy mill assholes should be impaled. I got my Yorkie from a breeder, and that's the way it should be.

  • i hear you mate couldent of said it better by self 9/10 dogs from puppy mills are ill ,or poorly bred or not even full breed if people buy them out of pity then the pet stores are getting rich so are the pup mills lucky enought england doesnt sell dogs in pet stores i think its a disgrace that the puppy mills get away with breeding mutts and dodgy puppys

  • Ya right! The day PETA is useful is ...never. So even though this would be a good cause for them, they'd rather go for something more controversial. I'm not sure why they wouldn't care about these puppies though.........

  • i'm from airedale!

  • the thing is do you have an airdale terrier :P lol

  • pit bulls r they same way if u don't keep them busy they terr up things pillows shoes my bed but vary fun and smart

  • Yep they're clowns alright. lol

  • thanks for showin' me that, i wanted to see how they are...

  • Yup, that's an Airdale alright..

I once had one and I can't imagine a better dog. It's the perfect family dog because they are so friendly and they adapt to almost all enviroments, but they still do need a lot of exercise, else they will get bored <3

  • Airedales surely are an amazing dog, I have one at the moment and planning on getting another. They are by far the best dog I've seen or have owned.

  • amen.

  • wish I had one.

    but,I ca`nt find one in LA. :(

  • Did you look in pet shops?

If it's the case, I'm glad you didn't find any, because it's completely inappropriate to buy a puppy in a pet shot.

  • I see you trollin.

  • They come from puppy mills. All of them.

Have you ever seen what a puppy mill looks like?

  • You aren't getting a quality pet. And, because they've been in a pet shop you will have problem house training them. It's not normal for them to "go" where they sleep, but they they are often not given a choice while in a pet shop and develop a bad habit.

  • Not every dog sold in a pet store comes from a puppy mill. Our dog came from a pet store but the mother came from the country who had a female that met an unknown male. Owners brought the pups in. He has been an unbelievable dog. But you can be taking a chance with pet store. You need to be able to either meet the parents, get some sort of history or see the owners or the place of birth of the pups. Mine is a Lab cross but if I saw a purebred like an Airedale I would be pretty suspicious.

  • @gschjetne why it is inappropriate? I am also thinking to buy...what would be the better place?

  • I suggest you Google "Airedale rescue" and then narrow down your search to California. You can probably adopt a good dog from a rescue group. Also Google "Airedale breeders in California" for a puppy.

  • try rescuing one.

  • Great dogs, I love Airedales. They really are versatile dogs. In Europe they've been used as police dogs and they make great rescue dogs. Mostly, they are just great family pets that are fun to be around. Not too big, not too small, perfect size for most homes.
