I had a beautiful girl before. But she died 3 years ago. She was a true friend and really fun to take care of. I've never met such a kind lizard. So I say; water dragons are wonderful animals.
i have a water dragon.and idk what to do because his eye really infected and i took him to the vet and the guy lanced it.(poked a whole in his eye and the pushed all the puss out.) but it still isn't better.any help??
can i ask why im a first time owner and thats what i have and it just chills on news paper and in a huge water dish. with a UV light on it is this ok. my dragon is very active and playful when picked up.
what size tank should i use for my baby water dragon??im using a 10 gallon..u think its much to small...cuz i heard if u put ur water dragon in a big tank while its lil it wouldnt grow...
10 gallon is fine for now. But it would be much better going with a 40 gallon. Its not too big, and provides enough space and height for them. In most cases, the bigger the tank(to an extent) the more the Water Dragon will grow. This allows more physical terrain for them to run around in, and not restricting them to an small environment :)
u are all rong it depends on his water dragons liking if it likes to climp and jump around get a high tank and it it likes to run on the bottom and bath all the time get a long one.
the dragon will want what he wants not what other people want for him its living 2 remember that.
hey man i just got a fogger and was wondering how you kept your fogger from making the whole bottom of the tank a big pool. also how to you keep your dragon from getting into the water? thanks
hey i just found out the waterfall i have for my water dragon has the fogger sold SEPERATLEY. pissed me off now i have to go buy one. i have the medium exo terra waterfall
ahah daaamn that sucks eh.. i have 2 water falls... the small one and the medium... kinda sux that they dont come with a fogger, cuz they are like fucking 60 bucks and that sux lol.... im gettin one soon:)
ok so... u have a 40 gallon tank... i have a 75 gallon with one chinese water dragon, do u think the fogger would work good in my 75g? i wana know cuz i plan to get one cuz it will be easy for the humidatiy , and im sure my water dragon would love it... so if u could let me know by leaving a comment or w.e in my u-tube page thnx:D:D
Yes the main purpose for it is to help build humidity. I use it every now and then. It does look spectacular though. The only thing that would be harmful if anything is the water exiting out the top of the fogger(where the actual "Fog" is created) There the particles are its finest and it says not to touch with hands. So try to place it away or high so WD cant wonder around to.
did you send a photo of them into practical reptile keeper?

Fog machine. You can buy at your local Pet store for around $40-$50.

Thanks. Breeding W.D's would be fun but have i more important things to do. Its a 40 gallon tank which soon they'll probably need a bigger one.
