first launch wind was so crossed up, it wasnt suitable, the arms and body were not in correct position, he cannot run any faster than what the wing is going, that is why he got lifted and fell on his bum, was this an apprentice instructor......?

Perhaps his student flies so "hectic" on the brakes because thats what the commands are also???
