your right 1983 on Arthur Baker's (Streetwise Records) label...John Robie on the amazing (Emulator) snyth for john rocca's vocal's and his (Robie's) vocal's aswell...incrediable electric keyboards were hitting the eighties hard during this period..the B side (Instrumetal Dub) has to be heard to be believe, Baker & Robie at there mixing/playing best...these 2 lads were the 80's music scene, what a landmark decade in music...

@rdwebmister Der Kommisar was originally by Austrian "Falco", who died in a car accident in the Dominican Rep. in 1998. Ofra Haza(Israeli/Yemenite) has died too, however, of AIDS related pneumonia in 2000...great CD "Shaday". Alphaville was another one of my faves.
