Although his mother's rights are not terminated, Christopher has lived seven of his 14 years of life in foster care. He did nothing wrong and his attorneyS, CASA, and CW lied to the judge. The more he begged to see or talk to his family, the more he was ignored.

7 years in foster care & he's been charged with a felony. If the DA indicts, and the DA convicted his MR sibling with less proof, the Texas Youth Commission is assured of one more foster child filling the pipeline to TYC!

@kelticreserve He was SEVEN years old and a good student. The baby of the family, whining would be his greatest challenge, and now he is 13 and lived with anybody and everybody imaginable.  The only place he will mature into the man he will soon be; (if there is an ounce of hope), is to return Chris to his mother; the only person, he KNOWS loves him.

SIX Years in PMC is not foster care because foster care is temporary care.

@kelticreserve I use to question every deity of whom I am aware but not anymore. Now, we must each do our part to help children. Kids are not angels and neither are adults, and adults are accountable for how we treat our fellow humans, especially the children and aged. @kelticreserve Over half his life, Chris has lived in foster care. Without any evidence, because none exists, the caseworker informed the judge that Chris had been in trouble with the law, he was 7 and doing well in school. The Affidavit of NONfacts, written by the investigator, requesting the court to remove children is ludicrous "13 - Unknown male uses marijuana and possibly cocaine."

This may be the only truth in the Affidavit because somewhere an unknown male probably uses drugs.

Being on the other side of it, being the parent is messed up to. I know, two year battle to save my two kids and my family was a no win situation. Having them taken for no reason but because of false accusations from someone that was never even around destroys the entire family.Sorry but I have no sympathy for the foster care system. They are scammers and not the least bit concerned with the actual well being of family's.

@Brenda1371 I think you may have misunderstood because this child is begging to go home to his family. His attorney lied, the CASA worker lied, and Christopher was SEVEN years old when CPS started digging in their heels. A tug-of-war & Christopher moves, didn't speak with family for over 14 months. At home, he was mainstreaming into regular education.

@hope4kidz what I am saying is I am the parent of two that were so called "legally kidnapped". I seen those babies for a very short period of there lives and then the child "protective"services did there typical and destroyed a decent family that had no abuse in it. the problem was because I was poor back then and when you hear your own son begging to be allowed to come home it destroys you. Lies from judges and what they called "friend of the court" representative disgust me.

@Brenda1371 If a parent is not subjecting their child to serious harm, the parents R better than the state of TX.  CPS cases largely affect parents without the financial ability to enforce laws.

Removing children from their homes is traumatic and commonly, judges refuse to return kids home, "because removing from foster parents home would be too traumatic." HUH?

One family in San Antonio TX judge, requires the kids BEHAVE, in foster hell B4 the judge allows reunification. "Illegal?"

@BathorysGraveland Comparing the life of an innocent child, denied rights given to convicted criminals, has nothing to do with the need for rights of death row inmates. This is a child and he did nothing wrong and while his body is growing and his mind developing, he is begging for someone to help him get home before he is a grown man.

Christopher's brothers got in trouble for going into a junkyard that did not have a fence and without a sign of life for the two years they lived near the playground, across the street from the junkyard.

You would actually tell this child who was wrongfully removed from his mother's care that "life is unfair." That's it?

The damage to these children is monstrous and perpetrated by the state of Texas' agents. CPS causes poor people to become financially destitute, which is totally opposite to helping families or protecting teenage children.

I have asked a number of YouTuber's to assist with this video because I am recovering from surgery, due to a bailiff assaulting me, breaking my shoulder, and tearing the rotator cuff. I can't handle the mouse well and I realize this may be confusing, especially if one does not read the description.

Chris' court appointed attorney testified that Chris told only her (who he hates) that he was afraid of his siblings and was afraid to go home. Chris wanted to make clear that he wants to go home.

@Biancastar22 Chris was 7 years old when his family moved to TX from up North. Bexar County, San Antonio, TX CPS mistook a Release of Information for a request to investigate. 35 days after moving to Texas, CPS placed all five siblings in psyche hospitals and put them on psychotropics. Since 2004, these children have not had a moment of peace. When they were first returned in 2005, the kids were so messed up and CPS interfered so much, the judge ordered the CW and Super. to stay out of therapy!

@Biancastar22 For 13 months, CPS never let up and the constant interference created enormous anxiety for the children, diagnosed as children with special needs at age three, their home state has the resources to respond to the numerous affects of Lead Poisoning.

The boy's attorney lied under oath stating that Chris told her, and only her, that he was afraid of his siblings and did not want to return home. The CASA supervisor ruled the courtroom and the judge did whatever she recommended.

@Biancastar22 After discovering the CASA Supervisor had a criminal record a mile long, the CASA worker vanished. Unfortunately, her bad acts, the bad acts of caseworkers, and the bad acts of probation officers have one severely MR child in Corsicana, TX, Youth Commission. In two years, he has been in solitary confinement more often than not, not once reaching a level that allows him any privileges. TWO years, w-o an education or proper care; no one will help him.

Several adults and three siblings yackin' in the background and he is trying to maintain focus to say what he wants made known. His attorney testified that Christopher said he was afraid and did not want to go home. Chris disputes Elana Pearsall's claims.

There is much more, such as the left side of one child's face appearing to be acne, but in reality was caused by an illegal, prone restraint, face-down in a bed of fire-ants! The left side of Austin's face, nose, ear, neck, and into the hairline is covered in hundreds of ant bites.

Chris had never taken medication until CPS, thus the robotic look.
