level 60 target dummy at 78?... atleast attack the level 80 target dummys... level 60s youll be doing at least 10X more dmg then 80

10x more? that is definitely not true. you may want to read up on how damage works in World of Warcraft and how level changes it.

i liked eahdk's burst example. and if you have glove mounted rockets you can shoot off another instant damage( off the GCB) for an extra 1.3k-2.3k damage

hmm i suppose not bad if you have melee on you, but heres a decent burst, lava burst, (after shock ofcourse) chain lightning, (since its .5 sec cast if your specced right ) then instant lightning bolt. you can keep your thunderfuck for when those rogues start stunlocking the shit out of you. :)

i play a ele shaman myself... and i came up with the following burst hex/FS/LVB followed by a CL and then a instant LB=20k burst :D

if you don't got Hex or FS or LVB readý then i would say a quick earthbind totem then ground totem then use a LB followed by CL right after

then both will hit at the same time=13k burst

your lvb will be on cooldown when you wanna cast it instant, cuz its 8 sec cd or so ;p point of my vid is to show as many hits in the very same second =)

i don't think you get it... you don't cast it instant lvb because LB have longer castime

I'd prolly go with a Instant Lightning Bolt, it's your 2nd highest hitting spell atm, cool vid I wanna see how high I get =D

CHain Lightning is nice but doesnt stack with SHamanism (Ele talent) So it loses A LOT of Spell Damage. Like atm in raids buffed, My LB's hit for about 8k'ish and CL about 6k'ish. And when my Lightning overlord procs lets just say I get about 12-13k Crits =D

ah ok thx for the advice :D but i can imagine chainligtning being better back then because of the lower sp, i also like to use thunderstorm because it knocks back, so it interrupts casts, and restores 9% or so of your mana, or if fighting a melee class like rogue or warrior frostshock because of the slow (if earbind isnt active) ^_^

gah i wouldnt waste a frost shock, just slap down an earthbind totem, specced to root those motherfucking rogues down.
