I own 2 of them for over a year-overall performance is nice.
2 complaints though: 1) Do not get fooled by the "free" locking mechanism-it is super easy to take off the bike w/o the key-no tools required-you ez up the quick release with ur finger and then unscrew the nut-the whole procedure takes less than 20secs.1 skewer broke after winter- got all rotten-INNO replaced it hassle free (it broke when I was installing the bike)-I am taking it off for a winter, also I put oil to protect the metal
Btw, I still recommend it and I would order it again! Cheaper than any competitor, same quality, takes approx 10-20secs to install the bike, very stable, Universal (if u have fat cross bars consider getting the longer screws to mount (HomeDepot is a good place to get such)
