@ClickerDogTraining Yes, this is a fascinating exercise. I always first cue "sit", then cue "wave". He has only done the paw lift in sit position. If he thinks "wave" means "sit and lift paw", he will sit and lift paw from stand, even when I don't cue "sit". If he thinks the "wave" cue as "lifting paw", he might lift paw in stand position. You can find out what each cue means for the dog.
So, when you say "Wave" while he is standing or lying down, you mean "Sit and Wave"? Either way, it looks great!
