@fredbloggs02 the sequences are organized from basic through intermediate to advanced based on the order in which they are taught in a traditional Long Fist school. This YMAA curriculum matches exactly what Dr Yang was taught by his Master Li, who in turn learned them from Grandmaster Han Qing Tan, who helped to originally formalize the system at the Nanjing Central Guoshu Institute.
