Also, running is quite a 'simple sport' (not knocking it, I love running, and actually I love the simplicity of it), and I guess if someone wants to add a twist, or something that involves more coordination, this is a great way... keeps those hands busy! lol and I know if someone went joggling past me, I'd definitely have to look twice! :-)
